If a 50 caliber bullet speeds up to 1,524 m/s, that is about 5486.4 KM/hr (approximately 3291.84 Miles/hr), Superman's running speed reaches or exceeds 3300 Miles per Hour.
In more comics than not, Superman could hear a bullet from a very far distance, change from Clark to Superman, and reach it.
A good speed level for him to do that would be to be as fast as flying in a circle, with the speed of the bullet (or the 3300 MPH) as its radius, Superman's speed would properly reach the speed of 20734.5 MPH.

Two years ago when I asked for the translation of 'Phantasm' in Arabic, google provided the meaning 'illusion' inside the box.
Out of the box, an alternate meaning it provided is 'worship of the penis'. (it's still available on google translate)
Tried translating the word on google for different languages, it only gave illusion, no meaning related to genitalia.
