Kmack (Aka: The last player without a penis) is gone. Way to turn it into a sausage fest guys...way to go :cmad:

WARNING! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ BELOW AND GET FULL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS DAY

The Rules (For You Lucky Non-Survivor Fans):
20 people will start this game. 18 will actually play this game.

Each 'day' is marked by a new challenge. Each tribe will receive team challenges (instructions for challenges will be explained for each challenge). Right answers during challenges will obviously earn points and wrong answers will be worth none. The tribe with the most points at the end of the 'day' (or round) wins immunity. The tribe with the least points must vote off one of their members via PM in a tribal council. Also, in this game... immunity may be decided by something other than trivia. You will be completely briefed on this before it happens, so do not fret. In the event of any ties, there will be a tie breaker question in which a tie will not be possible.

If your tribe happens to win three days in a row, then they'll be given a gift in addition to their immunity: they'll go to tribal council on behalf of the other tribe and they'll vote off ANYONE IN THE GAME THAT THEY CHOOSE.

At some point the tribes will be merged into one tribe. The game will only have one merge at a time already designated. Only the hosts will know about this day until the time it actually happens. There may be additional twists and turns throughout the game, so do not get too cozy.

Hype! Survivor is a game of both strategy and deception. Alliances are both permitted, and encouraged. So find a friend, and sex their brains out. Masterminding and forethought are the keys to success. Laziness and ineffective play will both be penalized and exposed. Hosts have the right to intervene at any point in the game for the sake of keeping dead weight out. As a side note: alliances can be with any of the 20 players... doesn't matter who they are... doesn't matter what tribes they're on... just make sure it's someone you trust... or not. As the old saying goes: keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.

The final Jury will be composed of 7 people: everyone voted off from the remaining seven players who didn't make the finals. The hosts will not be voting in the finals this time around. The Jury and only the Jury will vote FOR WHO THEY THINK SHOULD WIN of the final two remaining players to find the winner of the Hype! Survivor.

A note on cheating: It's very easy to cheat in this game. Very, very easy. Some of the rounds will be much more difficult to cheat at than others (some will be downright impossible to cheat on). Regardless, hosts have ways of catching you, and sometimes will even set up traps for you. If you feel you have to cheat, by all means, go ahead... but if you're caught, you WILL be penalized. Again, specific rules of what's legal or not will be in each challenge PM.

This game will not support dead weight. The last game I attempted to host ended prematurely as I recruited entirely new players, all of whom lost interest about half way through the game. If the host feels at any time that you are dead weight he reserves the right to boot you and replace you. Also, if your tribe feels that you are dead weight, they may petition me for your removal from the game and replacement with someone else at which point your case will be heard and it will be decided.
New to this game is Exile Island. The losing tribe has a player removed from their tribe from tribal council. The winning tribe picks who goes. This person is safe from tribal council but also forfeits his or her vote.
These rules are subject to change at any time with absolutely no warning. They are more of guidelines for the game. Specific rules for each challenge will be issued via Challenge PM. Any dispute with the host will be settled through the Ghost Host (aka: The King). He is a neutral party who will look at the dispute and decide who is in the wrong (it will probably be you, though). Just have fun and play your hardest and everything will be fine
(Note: I plagarized these from Kipobe and Toven)

I promised you guys a twist in Day 8 and I intend to keep it. I'd like to announce the formation of the third tribe...

The eXiles
TheExiles.jpg

Darthphere, Abaddon, Sofa, Calvin, Socrates, and of course our lovable...TEDDY.

Each of these players were removed from the game at some point. Now they have come back for revenge.

One of three things will happen this round:

1) The eXiles will beat both tribes in the challenge and be allowed to vote 2 players back into the game and also get to vote out 2 players from your tribes (Yes, they will do the voting out).
2) The eXiles beat one tribe and vote one player back into the game while one tribe has someone voted out by The eXiles.
3) The eXiles lose to both tribes and whomever finishes second simply votes someone out.

Obviously, option 3 is ideal for the current players. This can very well turn the tide of the game in so many ways...so you guys better be up to scratch and beat the eXiles. However, this next rule is important FOR THIS CHALLENGE THERE IS TO BE NO ANSWER SHARING BETWEEN TRIBES. I know it is hard to enforce, but if I catch you, the offending tribes will be automatically disqualified.

Challenges will be sent shortly. Get ready to go hunting.

Well......I must say this is a good taste--err....twitch..wtist..twist. :csad: my brain stopped working tnere..thre for a damnit, it's spelling erros galore today for me.:csad:

Abaddon's picture scares me. Aside from having breasts, I had no idea what an abaddon was, so I googled it and that popped up. :-/

seriously, what the **** is that?

I shouldve been Miguel.:o

So for this challenge essentially, the number of players will not change?

The challenge has officially started. All times in the case of a tie breaker will be judges assuming your tribe starts at 3:15.

Read option 3. Should both tribes beat the eXiles, whichever tribe finishes second goes to tribal council to vote someone out (no one is voted in)

Why the hell would you allow TEDDY to play the game :cmad:

Originally it would've been the person voted out Day 7. However, Kmack did not vote and her box is still full. As far as I can tell she is not participating. So I went to TEDDY, who was in this game and didn't get drafted. You're just lucky I didn't unleash Movies205 on you :cmad:

Someone post the picture with the Delorean so Hippie_Hunter (or as he is now known as the ingrate) can see what I could've unleashed on all of you! :cmad:

who's responsible for submitting answers on the exiles?

whomever you guys want to be.

oh ****, I forgot a deadline

The deadline is in 48 hours. so 3:15 est on Sunday.

Matt, since Erz and I are the ones who have to turn in the answers for our tribe, and our tribe in turn is reliant on our presence (since it is a timed challenge), shouldn't the eXiles have someone listed (from now) who will be their spokesperson, so they don't just turn it in when they're complete, but have the same handicap that the rest of us have?

Also, way bad timing, Matt... it's the weekend. :csad:

I hate to agree with him but yeah.

Either the first person to speak up in the thread since "voting" can take longer than the challenge. Or the last person booted?

Yes, you're right. eXiles...pick a spokesman or someone volunteer...infact, scratch that. Darthphere has been the most active in the game and is the most experienced of the eXiles. Phere is your spokesman.
