"I call shenanigans" says YouTube

Okay, so I was checking my YouTube list of favourites, I click on See all and the list appears. Normally though when you see a wash-out coloured banner appear at the top mentioning maintenence and all that none-sense, I see it says " I call shenanigans", anyone else seen this?

Well I'd give a print screen but it disssapeared. You know on the home page sometimes it mentions the site'll be down for maintenence? It was on that kind of banner, on my profile....
