I can't connect to the internet to set up LIVE

Im connecting my internet connection from the modem thru my computer and into the 360 but it....ALWAYS fails on the IP. :/

I dont know what to do.

How did you connect to LIVE through a computer?

Umm why not? I don't have wireless...and my modem doesn't have a USB at the back of it, or anythiiing.
I thought you could do that?

I'm not sure but I don't think it can be done that way. Does your modem have other rj45 ports? it would look like where a phone line would go, but is wider.

Got conected thru that way after all. Just needed to set the connection to 'shared'.
