...But the new interface and everything that was shown in the following video isn't showing up, at all.

I downloaded and restarted my computer several times to see if it would activate Firefox 4, but, so far, it still looks the same.

Can anyone help me on this?

I tried Firefox 4 yesterday myself & then right away went back to Firefox 3. I hate the Google Chrome **** that they copied as Google Chrome also sucks. So screw Firefox 4. Any type of update to Firefox 4 that they did is crap due to the Google Chrome copy cats

Do you mean that the tabs are on top? well you know you can change it with a simple right click.

I hate tabs so I disable them altogether. But that is not why I uninstalled Firefox 4. Firefox 4 looks exactly like Google Chrome & not just with the tabs. If the Firefox browser did not say Firefox on top of the page then people would not know it was Google Chrome. I hate Google Chrome so I got rid of Firefox 4

^ Dude, that's cool if you don't like Firefox 4 because of the reasons you listed above. It's your opinion, and that's cool.

However, I made this thread so someone could help me with a problem, not so you could use it as your own personal soapbox.

No offense, but not the right place for that.

What OS are you running? Maybe its a system settings problem.

Never mind, I figured it out.

I had it downloaded already, but apparently I needed to manually enable it for the proper format to show up. I feel kind of dumb now.

Thanks for the help, anyways.

I like it a lot, it reminds me of when I first started using Firefox. The last several iterations seemed to have gotten progressively buggy and sluggish, this seems to return it to it's original snappy quick self. It isn't quite as fast as Chrome still though, so if you're just looking for speed, chrome is still probably the way to go. There are several extensions/plugins that firefox has that still don't have an analog on chrome yet, so I still use both.
