Hooray, my dad finally bought a new scanner, which means theres a few more pics to show. I thought I might as well ressurect the old thread rather than making a new one.

You might have guessed so far from my family guy and simpsons pictures that I like taking cartoons and making them realistic. Well I thought it was time futurama got the same treatment:

And also recently I've got into this anime called 'Bleach', and Ive never watched any Japanese animation before, but I quite like this one, so I did a couple of charcoal drawings of characters I like:

Ah, I can post this. My first foray into digital art. I did a quick sketch using the mouse (hence it being a bit wobbly) and experimented with colouring it.

Your tone is immense, very delicate.
Would practice form tough, it's pretty flat in some of these.

Do you mean try out some poses with a greater amount of perspective?

Thanks for the comment, but not really. I think the legs look the wrong size, so I kinda gave up on it.

I tried out using a more realistic style based on my fan art entry. I think it came out alright.

I also made several corrections, like on the original the face was a bit off in places, and I really hated that right claw on the fel beast.
