^Exactly, not to mention in OIS the crew finally acknowledged and recognised River as a mind reader, then in Serenity they are using her for heists, etc, seems like a natural progression to me rather than a re-boot.

I've been meaning rewatch this series again, such a good show. I think I've seen Serenity more times than the show itself!
