I need to know the name of a movie!!!

okay

its about this guy in school, he helps his other classmates by giving them advice from a bathroom stall

he goes to theraPY and copies the stuff and passes it on

he also gets prescription drugs for his class mates that need them

the movie should have come out in 2007 since i remeber seeing trailers for it during the summer

i know nothing about the cast and anything like that.

I'm missing a movie as well. Haven't seen the actual film, just the trailer.

The trailer begins with a party at someones backyard. The main character sits in a chair which has lots of (helium, I guess) balloons tied to it. He flies away, lands on someone elses yard. Fells in love with the woman living in the house and starts a new life. Years later he has to face his old friends from his earlier life or something like that.

I thought it would be Enduring Love, but it wasn't.

I have 2 scenes that I can't remember where they are from

1- Invloved someone driving an 18 wheeler. And they didn't know how to drive it, and I think were trying to switch gears, but clicked a button that caused the cab to tilt forward. So it was tilting forward while they were driving down the road, until another trucker told him what to do and got the cab back to normal.

I want to think that it's from that movie with Bill Murray and an elephant, but I'm not sure.


2- This scene took place in one of those stilt houses on a hill near LA. Someone was standing infront of a large wall of windows, and someone else was pointing a gun at them. There were other people in the room. The person with the gun shot the one standing infront of the windows. The windows shattered and the person fell out... I believe over the course of the movie you find out that the person shot the window and not the other person. So the one who fell out the window survived..

From what I can remember it was about a small group of astronauts who return to Earth and find that things have gone bad while they have been away .... nasty gangs run the area they land in and take them hostage, they try to kill the leader of the gang with an injection but he realises at the minute and kills a female member of the crew then tries to hang the rest (I think?)

I'm not sure if they travelled through time or a nuclear war caused earth to be so different .....

Never found anyone who could tell me what it is called ..... any idea guys?
