I really wish we could've seen how Billy Dee could've played Two Face...

Honestly, I'd love to see it. Actually, I would've loved to see how Burton would've done the 3rd movie. oh well.

Yeah he could been great as Two Face but not enough of HD in Batman 89

For sure...who would've scarred him? Perhaps he'd have figured out Chip Shreck's energy sucking plans and got him in court. Chip would be the culprit, rather than Maroni, I'd bet.

I just wonder how grizzly Tim would have made his scarring? After Penguin I can only imagine.

"Billy Dee! Billy Dee! Billy Dee!!!"

The continuity was pathetic. Damn Schumacher. Dent is black in Batman '89, disappears in Batman Returns, then in Forever has aged quite a bit and looks white. Oh and then there was just the cop out of showing his backstory on a tv screen lol. Seriously, what was Schumacher smoking? Why such gaps and plot holes? He would have been better getting an entirely new cast instead of half assing it by having some of it link up and the rest have nothing in common.

Under Joel Schumacher's direction it was destined to suck anyway.

He would have been way better than Tommy Lee Jones chewing up all the scenery. With Tommy's skin, you could hardly tell which side of his face was supposed to be messed up. Billy Dee would have been so smooth as Two Face.

Billy Dee's approach to the Two-Face character would have been interesting to see. I remember from the Batman 1989 SE that Billy Dee made mention that his take would have been different from Tommy Lee Jones' portrayal.

Billy Dee seemed bitter about it.

Well it's understandable that he would be I suppose. Considering he has made it clear in interviews that one of the biggest hooks in playing Harvey Dent in Burton's Batman 1989, was to eventually go on to play Two Face in a later sequel. Unfortunately for him, that did not materialize. And unfortunately for us, we got Schumacher's Joker-Face instead.

Yeah, I know, but I thought he would have gotten over it.

There was a part in one of the of the original scripts for Batman Returns where Catwoman was the one who scars Dent. :ninja:

maybe this shows just how much he really wanted the role. Even Robert Wuhl seemed a bit upset they never asked him back for Returms to reprise Knox.

Dee probably woudl've turned in a better portrayal of Two-Face than TLJ did. Although, that's not really saying much. Dee is a fine actor though. So is Jones for that matter, WB wanted their comicbook movie and that's what they got with Forever.

Today, I draw a possible Tim Burton's Harvey Dent/Two-Face attempt.
If you read the descriptive comment of my work on each, you will notice my inspiration is took only from the first two Burton Batfilms. I would have like to see BDW as well in a final bat-act! He has such charisma
Enjoy!

I like the Two Face pic but scar is on the wrong side.

Of course I know, but the poster of BDW in B89 was on this side, and I found it more menacing that he shows people his bad side. But I hesitated a lot before coming to that conclusion and draw it this way. I should have told this in my description!
EDIT: You know what, I'll add this specification on my comment on the Two-Face poster
