...through an internship, job, friend of a friend, luck, etc...

A) How would you want them to prove it to the rest of us.
B) What would you want them to do with the show?

Bring back the original format from the first season.

Introduce New Characters for new viewers
Get rid of characters that have outlived their usefulness, but not their charm.

That alone would do wonders for the show.

I would add in a few heroes/villians who have met and come together outside of either company, who are also working together as a team to meet their own needs without being employees of Pinerhurst or Primatech

Fewer heroes, more villains.

Set the feud up between the Heroes and the Villains to be like X-Men vs Magneto.

Make the methods each side uses to further their fight something relatable. Viruses and formulas are boring.

Set up situations where these superhuman's actions actually effect the great population. You know: All the normal humans that no longer seem to exist in this fictitious world.

I'll reiterate: X-Men vs Magneto. Which really means Humans vs Mutants vs Mutants (seems like they're going there anyway, but with this show who the **** knows...)

Well one of your ideas is coming true in Volume 4. Humans V.S Mutants sort of. Nathan thinking he's getting rid of all the mutants for the greater good, in a way he's like Magneto only is on the side of humans and is trying to protect the humans.

that should be interesting

I'd force the rest of the writers to watch season one. Then I would show them some of volume three and then yell at them, "YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG."

I would then go about having them recognize the character development that happened at the end of season one and "Incredible Hulk" season three.

I would write an arc about the original 12 and Adam back in the days.

I want to open plotlines from season two to get closed: the Irish chick and Matt's kid with Janice.

Well they were going to explaine the villlains and the past in the spin off but it got axed, it probaly would have explained a whole lot.
