... what would it/they be?

And keep in mind, this doesn't necessarily need to apply to just the project itself, but can apply to a certain creative team involved along the way (Alejandro Jodorowsky on Dune, Terry Gilliam on Watchmen, Terry Gilliam on Harry Potter, Terry Gilliam on The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, Terry Gilliam on Good Omens, Terry Gilliam on...) that ended up off the project before it was eventually brought to screen.

LOL, poor Terry. But not gonna lie, I would have loved to see his versions of any of those projects. Even after what we've heard about his Watchmen.

Also, after having read the screenplay for Flyby, I'd like to see that film. Even with freakin' McG directing. While it certainly had some issues, I honestly preferred that screenplay (the revision that nixed the Kryptonian Lex element) over those of Superman Returns and Man of Steel.

Heard they were making a new Twilight Zone movie a while ago and havent heard anything since.

I need a new Twilight Zone movie.

Damn that's a hard one.

Gears of War movie maybe. Although I feel they'd f it up.
Hellboy 3 would be good too finish GDT's vision
Megaopolis by Francis Ford Coppola sounded really good too

Can I resurrect Stanley Kubrick so he can finally do Napoleon?

The Dreamworks film of The NeverEnding Story.

Satoshi Kon's Dream Machine.

Miyazaki's version of Little Nemo.

At the Mountains of Madness
Michael Mann/John Logan 1930s Hollywood Noir Project

I really want to know what James Cameron's Spider-Man would've been like.

I heard somewhere that in the 90s, Disney planned to make theatrical movies of all the old Disney Afternoon shows. A Darkwing Duck movie would've been nice to see.

There was also going to be a Ren & Stimpy movie during the height of its popularity on Nick. (Along with a Doug movie, before Disney bought the series) Universal was going to distribute both of them. For whatever reason, the projects fell apart. I would've like to have seen The Ren & Stimpy movie. Doug, however.. Meh.

Most of the DC films announced after Batman Begins...

let's see,

At The Mountains of Madness
Paradise Lost
Spider-Man (James Cameron)
Resident Evil (George Romero)
Dead Space

The sequels to John Carter and Tron Legacy!

The live action film of The Last Unicorn.

Batman Beyond live action film.

David Fincher's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Essentially any of Del Toro's unreleased projects, including At the Mountains of Madness and Hellboy 3.
Newt, the movie scrapped by Pixar because of similarities to Rio.
Lobo

The script was actually available online for awhile. And let me tell ya, it sucked. Imagine the movie COSMOPOLIS, but set inside a huge tower. You get the futuristic utopia, but it isn't interesting.

-Dredd sequel
-At the Mountains of Madness
-Batman Triumphant

Spielberg's adaptation of Stephen King's The Talisman.

Off the top of my head, probably Cameron's Battle Angel. It's all set up and ready to go but has taken a backseat to Avatar unfortunately. Greatest superhero film never made is probably still Bryan Singer's X-Men 3. Although, Cameron's Spider-Man would have been glorious.
