If you could make every person watch a certain movie, would would it be?

Well if it's not going to be popular movies , then i'd like them to watch 12 angry men , by Sidney Lumet starring Henry Fonda .

That or movies like 2001 : a space oddesey and Blade Runner

Cause IMO there are alot of movies nowadays where people immediatly want answers and just don't want to think about what it being shown , why is it being shown , what is the meaning behind what is shown .
Symbolism IMO is great way of introducing people into concepts of religion , science .

I would go with a classic movie like Laugh Clown Laugh or an Indy movie like The Following.

Totally , it's about time those dumb 80 action movies made a comeback.
CAN I GET SOME LOVE FOR VAN DAMME :D

Everyone in the world should watch Army Of Darkness.

Classics aside I would want everyone to see "The Dish" and "October Sky" - two under appreciated movies that I absolutely love!

any asian movie...I find it hard convincing people to watch some of the greatest movies ever made because of the subtitles

That sucks 'cause I'd like to force everyone to watch some mind-bending, subversive film. But I'd probably go with "Groundhog Day" or "It's a Wonderful Life" or "Schindler's List" or something. :(

The Big Lebowski. One of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time.

- Crash.
- The Shawshank Redemption.

The Long Good Friday

A brilliant, very unknown british gangster movie.

Great film. After I did my review on Layer Cake (where I mentioned The Long Good Friday) in Movies205 Review Thread, I just had to watch it. Bob Hoskins is awesome in this movie. And more people need to see it, especially if your into British gangster movies.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space...

...so people would know that it's the worst, most random movie of all-time.
