Comics IGN's Top 100 Comic Book Villians list...how doesn't Spidey's foes rank?

Most deadly? He was a great villain in the 60', or maybe the 70', but he is a joke after that. His fear from Spidey and his resurrection was lame.
His only great point was in the Clone Saga where he saved Peter's life.
In my opinion.

Does Satanic Spider-man count as a villian. I mean... you know.

Venom, I think, is the most interesting villain ever written. He is two different beings coming together to form one being. One person hates Spider-Man. The other loved him, wanted him, even needed him but was rejected. So you have a villain that both loves and hates the character. That's brilliant.
