Judith light *sigh* :( :supes:

like an aging poodle that's been shaved :(

She looks like a baby eagle, right after it's chipped it's way out of the shell.

Did she wanna do some new fashion statement? Oh judith light is arfo hot in my new thread!

Kainedamo you probably had a migrane. It's usually worse than a regular headache and causes blurriness in one of the eyes. It's more common in women than men and while checking it out for anything serious, it's probably nothing. The only thing you could do is take pain killer and go to bed. Oh and stop *********ing so much.

Dang. I guess those country folks were right about the big hair after all. Who'd a thunk it?!

Oh, and best of wishes with the eye deal Kane.

I never heard of a tumor being called an "eye deal" but I like it :)

Eye feels alot better today. Still have a headache and pains in the eye, but it's alot more tolerable. I decided to stay in work and not go to hospital.

I kinda doubt that you need to bother going to the hospital but you should make an appointment with an optometrist because your eyes are likely causing your migraines. I speak from experience. :)

I've been at my job for about 5 weeks now. Never missed a day, always in early, always got decent sales ('cause my job was to sell stuff on the phone), etc. Last thursday, I started getting a pretty bad headache. Gradually it got worse and started effecting my eye. It felt like there was a headache in my eye. It was pretty damn bad, I couldn't concentrate on the calls, and I didn't particularly want to stare at the computer screen any longer. I asked my supervisor if I could go, he said yes. The pain in my eye didn't pass until a few hours later. The next day, I was all ready for work and stuff. I got the train. On the train, even earlier than the day before, the pain in my eye came back. I got off the train, phoned work and said I wouldn't be coming in, and got a train back home. Same thing again, gradually it got worse and it lasted hours.

Over the weekend, same thing again. Only on saturday it was more painful and lasted longer, and sunday it was yet more painful. This week in work, we're all supposed to be doing training for a different campaign. I already set an appointment for an eye test today. In work, I tolerated the pain for as long as I could, but I couldn't concentrate on what the dude was saying at all. I asked him if I could go, he said ok. I phoned the employer (an employment agent) which I had done everyday I either left early or didn't come in (two days not counting today). My employer said to phone back to let her know about the result of my eye test. Got the eye test, the optician dude said that he could see my eye was "inflamed" but he couldn't see any cause for it. He gave me some drops (which haven't helped) and said if this continues for just one more day, to go to the hospital. I phoned my employer and told her all of this. She told me that if I miss more than a day of training, I would be let go.

I know I'm still on probation, but isn't this a little bit ****ed up?? The pain today has dulled to a migrane and my eye is ok. But when it hits me, and it's hit me every day since thursday, the pain is ****ing bad. It got worse everyday, lasts longer, and it's just constant. It's constant throbbing. Surely if I have to go the hospital to get checked up work can't just let me go.

This is an eye parasite.

Human toxocariasis is caused by nematodes of the genus Toxocara,
especially T.canis (common roundworm of dogs).

I entered this thread expecting a fascinating dissection of the current job market and health care system, and instead found it had been hijacked.

I think it's because he's not concerned about funeral expenses, because he can be buried in common plots.

That's why God set up this redundancy. Oh, no, it was for depth perception.
uhhh....

I always find it strange that people think to ask for medical advice on a superhero message board. Go see a damn doctor.

I hope Kaine saw some of the songs we thought up for him in the Photo Album. That stuff cannot go unnoticed.:(
