There seems to be quite a few shots featured in the trailer that are not in the movie - the Hulk being in that last charge comes to mind.

Perhaps some of you who can create screen grabs could post some of these.

Thor raising his axe and summoning lightning with it while inside the workshop never happens in the actual film.

They kind of change camera angles of all the trailer scenes and some scenes dont make it to the movie

The last charge never happened at all, let alone with the Hulk.

Spider-man swinging solo after the Thanos moon throw. Instead he caught Drax and Mantis I think.

different take entirely since everyone is staged differently

"wow"

Cap testing out the Wakandan shields isn't in the movie.

Banner talking to Widow in Wakanda with Hulk Buster fist next to him...

Don't recall hearing the line from Thanos in the movie -

"Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe... but this. . does put a smile on my face"

Yeah that line was missing, I was looking forward to it too.

The "Get this man a shield" was a different tone.

Falcon shooting and yelling as he is flying.

The KO punch as Stark is kneeling.

Really glad they pull this type of stuff these days, it's a good way of maintaining a little uncertainty going in, a little sleight-of-hand with the marketing.

No real need for the fake-outs back with Phase 1 & 2, but given the increased connectivity of the more recent movies and how they're all building to this, it's appreciated.

Like the bridge shot in Thor:Rag trailer with all four Revengers lined up...

Or Drax being in the lineup with the rest of the Guardians after they get arrested in the first GOTG trailer.

I have to say, I do love that Marvel purposely puts fakeouts in their trailers to throw off predictability.

Hate to double post, but I just thought of something.

Was Thanos's line "Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe, but this does put a smile on my face" in the film? I can't remember hearing it.

Not in it and surprisingly wouldn't really fit.

The final charge in the first trailer with Hulk behind it. I was actually looking forward to it. :(

This is not a new thing (maybe is for Marvel) a lot of trailers going back a fair ways do not contain scenes or dialogue not seen in the theatrical release.

But Marvel literally CREATED a scene to throw people off. Considering the plot, the Hulk charging scene makes no sense even as extra footage.

I was shocked 'wow!' wasn't in it. That made the scene funnier, in the film it was worse. Not a good strategy and it is always disappointing when epic scenes are missing.

Would it be that or the usual thing where scenes are simply taken out cause the run time would be too long or it does not fit with a version of the film that was not the final cut?

What are you on about. Hulk is only in the beginning of the movie. They added him in and then they didn't use that shot at all

What I am referring to is that a movie storyline has elements taken out of it cause it does not fit the final treatment that is what the Directors and Producers go with.

I love that they did that. Excellent misdirection.
