There's also test shot images out there right now of an unpainted and somewhat-gaunt-looking Mirage and a weird G2-looking Tank Megatron that's supposed to be part of a two-pack.

Yeah I saw those the other day... I actually like the Mirage a lot... the Megatron looks good as well.

Yeah I saw those the other day... I actually like the Mirage a lot... the Megatron looks good as well.

Yeah, I know, I like both of them too - and to be honest, the 'slim-n-trim' look on Mirage actually does kinda fit his overall function among the Autobots.

Tank Megatron is O.K., but I right now I don't find him all that impressive in comparison to the other Classics to consider buying him.

Are the dimensions mentioned anywhere? When the initial pictures were posted I pictured them around the size of Alternators, but on the card they seem smaller.

Most are basic in size, so far Prime and Megatron are the only figures that are in the mega/voyager size class.

I saw those earlier tonight over at tfw2005 boards. Grimlock is one of my favorite characters, but I'm not feeling it yet maybe when we see some better pictures.

I was kinda hoping they'd give us trailer-armor for Magnus, but as them 'white Optimus' repaints go, this one isn't bad. I like this one better than the Optimus/Megatron 2-pack, that's for sure.

Now finally pictures of Classics Grimlock. This one is okay but after seeing the rest I'm actually disappointed in this figure. Grimlock is my favorite Transformers so I would have like to have seen a more faithful G1 type or War Within design for him. It would have been nice if he would have been a Mega sized figure as well.

He looks a lot nicer than Energon Grimlock anyway. Although personally I also would have liked something on the order of War Within, mainly 'cuz him transforming into a T-Rex doesn't exactly allow for him to be a 'robot in disguise'.

I like this version of Grimlock, although I would've preferred if they had kept the "wings" of the original transformation. I mean, this is a classics line, so make it look like the classic !

I don't have any real problems with the Tyranosaurus mode, though, and that's where Grimlock's visual personality has always been rooted.
