Interesting read about Marvel and Fox's agreements

Basically this is what Marvel get's if X-men 3 makes 280 million:

That, however, would leave Marvel with only about $9.5 million total, with $7.5 million from gross toy sales and $2 million in studio-licensing fees.

So Marvel would have everything to gain when the rights come back to them.

Anybody know when that will be the case?

 Holy Crap! Ghost Rider is being done by Columbia!! There may be hope yet.

Marvel should ask Fox to at least kiss them. No wonder Fox is doing what they want with these franchises.

Live and learn Marvel, live and learn.

I just can't get over, how much less Marvel is getting. You see their logo on all these movies, and you think they're making bank. But, the money really goes to the studios. 7 million isn't worth crap, compared to what Fox will eventuall get. Does anybody know if Fox needs to get permission from Marvel to use comic book plots for their movies?
