I was soo surprised when I saw Reed doing that, FOX just throws random effects out there in the TV spots to shock people real quick. MAN I'm gonna choke on my popcorn when i see the final film that's for sure up:

In the same are..same time in the TV spots Reed says "The cloud has fundamentaly altered our DNA!"

What is the deal with that? Is it a mistake or meant to be a joke?

from what i read in the novel Sue says it first and Reed does not believe her until Johnny snaps her fingers and the fire appears and then Reed says that.
