And of course, it was Lynn´s scan from Ioanonline (here in Spain the movie opnes later and there are not traces from the officcial magazine). Only the lateness of the hour and the mental shock I usually get when I try to read the Internet Movie Database FF forum prevented me from giving the credit where it was due. I wasnt inn my senses, literally. I tought the pic was ad hoc to make a comics to film comparison, this time with the theme "Reed´s neuroses about the Thing´s condition and what Sue has to stand, poor woman" and I even forgot to make it.

LOL you don't know how true that all is. I went to the movies with my friends last night, and lo-and behold we see none other the the F4 standees right outside of the theater were about to enter. Of course me and Sue-twin started making a scene, slightly jumping up and down getting people's attention and saying random facts about F4 (which might have looked weird coming from 2, tall, teenage, blond twins LOL)

BUt ANYWAY! Which poster did all of my friends turn their attention to? Yes that's right our beloved Ioan

That´s the spirit, Nancy -Twin ( and that´s why It´s lucky I dont usually go to the cinema, the mere fact of having an standee with Ioan in it in this forsaken land would be enough to make me react in a way not becoming to my years. one of you flirt while the other grabs the standee and legs it out the theater, if he trys to chase the other, the one talking to him flirts more and lowers her top slightly more. thus one of you is in jail and the other has a FF standee....wait, it went wrong some where?

Hi all,

First time poster, but I've been having so much fun reading this thread (as well as the Mr. and Mrs. Fantastic thread ) that you pulled me out of lurkdom. I'm a fellow Ioan fan, ever since I stumbled onto the Hornblower series a few months ago. Ioan is incredible in that, and in everything else I've since watched him in. (And if anyone hasn't yet seen Hornblower, stop EVERYTHING and go find it. Today) He's gorgeous, a fantastic actor, a thoroughly gracious and decent bloke. And did I mention gorgeous? I can't figure out why he's not HUGE in the States yet. If this reviewer on imdb.com is right, he hopefully will be soon:

"Ioan Gruffudd is a brilliant actor – he surely is going to have a huge career in Hollywood after this. He managed to bring the same quiet authority and dignity to the character of Reed Richards while showing the audience just why he's the FF's leader, something all the FF comic book fans are familiar with."

So, get ready for lots more traffic here after July! Here's to our favorite Welshman!
