I've recently got myself a laptop. Previously I was using the family's desktop. Now, I've installed iTunes and everything and yesterday set about getting the music (not the purchased stuff) off my iPod, and it worked for a while.
And now, if I go into my computer settings to where it says about hard drives and external sources, my computer is not recognising my iPod even though iTunes is coming up.
Can anybody help? Any tips?
