IPod help

Hope this is the right place to post this .....

I have an IPod Nano and have had no past problems getting my IPod to sync with ITunes. I have a PC. But the last couple of days I have not been able to get it to sync. I have rebooted and everything.

I know the cord is working and my IPod is recognizing it because it starts to charge. But ITunes is not recognizing it. I even try to find the option to sync it, within the ITunes options and it is not there.

Can anyone offer me suggestions? I would really appreciate your help. Again, I have a PC.

The option to sync is on iTunes. File/Sync iPod. Towards the bottom.

Unless you meant to say that the option was grayed out and you couldn't click it. I've had this happen to my iPod nano before but it's been so long ago I can't really remember what I did.

I would say get out your installation disk that came with your nano and try to reinstall it.

Try restarting your Ipod{by holding down the top button on the click wheel and the middle button at the same time}.

Yup. Had the same problem with mine
