A few people have, just because he or you don't like the answer doesn't make it less valid.
Americans don't care what some Gaelic Football player did, not because the act is any less disgusting, but it didn't happen in America. Yes, we as a country are beat over the head with media sensationalism (as the Vick case clearly shows). Though, I think it's a little silly to get all worked up about something you already know the answer too. I mean what exactly is the point. Yes, America has a "Me First" or "We are the One and Only" mentality. Nothing new there. And, this guy in Ireland is just as bad as Vick and should be punished according to the laws set forth in Ireland. Shocking, I know. It ain't going to grace the covers of anything on this side of the pond, because nobody cares about this guy (white or black).
So, please explain to me why this needs to be a race issue. Do you think Vick got treated unfairly, because of his color or status? If it was Peyton Manning would have it been any less of story? No, it would have not been.
Did Vick get made an example of? Probably, but so would any high profile person accused of the same things.
So, the only point of this thread was to point out a obvious answer or stir up ****?
