The Australian Iron Man premiere was held at the Greater Union George Street theater in Sydney and in attendance were Robert Downey Jr., director Jon Favreau and Sabretooth himself, Liev Schreiber, accompanied by Naomi Watts. Here are a few photos from the event:

*Hopes we get our first review soon*

^^^give a look at darkhorizons.com for a review.

it doesnt really give us much info tho

I find it hilarious that Liev just pops up.

Such a random appearence. Well, I guess he was already in Oz.

Would've been nice to see some more of the Wolvie cast show up.

Check out liev's chops!! Nice

And Daym naomi is looking mighty fine.

Downey's face looks bare as hell, he needs the Tony Stark goatee back.

Great pics. RDJ looks youthful and energic, and Naomi Watts is radiant. Nice to see Liev's chops as Sabretooth.

Sabretooth and Iron Man in the same room? I wonder if a fight broke out? :oldrazz:

btw, Naomi Watts was always my first choice to play Sue Storm.

Naomi as Sue Storm? That's great casting. Now if only we can replace Tim Story with talented directors like Favreau or Raimi, then FF movies won't have suck as much (sequel was a bit better, but still a notch below average imo).

This from the Korea Premiere posted by a guy on IMDB.

Robert Downey Jr. is a totally awesome guy in person. He and Jon Favreau spent the evening at our small 3-screen military base theater for a free showing of Iron Man last night for a few hundred of us military servicemembers and some who have their families here.
The two of them are doing press junkets throughout Asia, and they were cool enough to get Paramount to agree to do an early screening here. He sat smack in the middle of the theater next to some excited kids and stayed for the whole thing even though the AC wasn't working quite right and Seoul has been in 80 degree plus weather.
We gave him a standing ovation at the end, and he stayed quite a while to sign stuff, autograph movie posters and hang out with the audience. I'm definitely gonna pay to see it again, I had such a good time - [the movie ROCKS btw]. Good amount of humor and some great performances by the A-list actors.
