Wow Dude Thats Awsome. Im working on a War Machine Concept. I Figure it is usually based off of the current ironman Armour so mine will be an adaptation of this armor but much less pretty boy Tony and more Big guns and Loud James lol.

1. Ever thought of making the faceplate slide up to expose the face and lock down into place?

2. If you do, you can buy (quite cheaply) the same kind of chip that they use in greeting cards to have a really cool electronic sound when it moves into place.

Im currently working on a way to motorize the face plate to have it move up electronically so no need for the sound effect.

Nice. None of the replica helmets for sale anywhere on the net (that ive seen and I think ive seen them all) have a moving faceplate.

im getting loads of emails about me selling helmets from people who dont introduce themselves. I am not answering these as i dont know these people and for all i know, they could be from marvel trying to trip me up with a copyright bill. ( sounds a bit conspiricy theory but it did actualy happen once).

if you email me again, say who you are, where you sa the helmet and what you want then you stand a better chance at getting a reply.

im not sure i understand what your asking?

to make this, i had to go through several stages, first the clay sculpt, then a resin copy from the clay sculpt which i continued to work on, then its molded and the finished piece is cast.
