Iron Man (song) Question

Ever since the IM trailer was released, I was wondering if maybe a could do a short story based off of Black Sabbath's song.

But I'm pretty sure Marvel owns the rights to "Iron Man" as a character name. So, could I be sued by either Ozzy or Marvel if I write a fic based off the song?

It should be safe for you to write your little fan fiction story. Look around the boards people are making up their own stories about their favorite characters & things all the time & they aren't getting sued.

The "Iron Man" song doesn't have anything to do with the "Iron Man" character anyways. It was just a song that came out back in the early 70's that was coincidently titled "Iron Man".
