What do you think of the new look for Spider-Man!

Yeah, can someone fill me in on this.
I read on some site that Spidey lost an eye and now wears a suit designed for him by Tony Stark and gives him a whole new handful of powers?

I don't like it at all. Are they keeping the original story of spidey in Ultimate Spiderman so that the other series' can do stupid things like this?
