Hi, I was surfing on a DD fan site and found that an alternate DD (the one on the 2099 has some differences in character), but the one that caugth mye ye was that they listed this DD was right handed in difference from the one in 616, so my question is: Is DD left handed?, I haven't noticed in the actual comics so if anyone can post a picture showing this please do.

I don't know for sure (we hardly ever see him write or eat) but his billy club holsters are on the left side of his body...

Yes DareDevil is left handed...in fact there is a famous continuity error when a writer (cannot remember who) actually has him saying he is right handed....no he is left, most artists are careful to show him using his left.

huh, I would figure that that was an attribute of most characters that would be competely ignored since it would be too easy for artists to mess it up over the years. But they've actually specified? on more than one occassion?

It does seem to be a detail that isn't specified for most characters. If DD is indeed left-handed, that would only make him the second such comic character I've heard of.

Alan Scott. He wears his ring on his left hand and everything.

do we know of any colorblind characters?

Closest I can think of is DD himself, given that his radar sense is kind of like sight but without details like color. I think Dr. Mid-Nite may only be able to see in a few colors, too.

it's close, but it's not spot on. Color blind people are usually only blind to certain frequency, or certain colors. But they could still make out, say, a painting, or a comic.

I remember an old "What The...?" where they had a game show with DD as one of the contestants, and he was asked "what is this?" and someone held up a picture of some Marvel item, but DD just responded with "It's a rectangle 8"x12"!" or something like that :D

Maybe he just does that so he can wind it with his right.

You know who's colorblind? Rainbow Raider and Crazy Quilt (at least, I think Crazy Quilt.)
