Is this girl spinning Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise?

That was a little freaky. When I first opened this thread, I thought "she's spinning counter-clockwise. No question." Then scrolled down, read the first couple of posts, looked up, and sure enough she was spinning clockwise. When I concentrate, I can change which one I see at will.

Heh, I remember when my friend first showed me this. He was seeing counter-clockwise, I was seeing clockwise. And for like 10 minutes, I'd just keep calling him a moron. It was to the point where I actually got angry that he was insisting on otherwise.

Then I take my eye off the comp for one second, look back....sure enough, it's spinning counter-clockwise. One of the biggest "HOLY ****" reactions I've ever had. We had a good time "forcing" our brains to see it both ways.

That's crazy. When I first opened it, I saw her going counter...I scrolled down a bit to see who all got what...scrolled up and sure enough, she was going clockwise.

I only saw her doing Clockwise for awhile, my girlfriend could see both. It took me a lot of focusing on her spinning leg to finally see her going Counter. It's wild.

Well, here's a brain question. Now, am I seeing the erect nipples because you mentioned them? And my brain is telling me to see it? Or are they really there?

To me the shadow looks like she is turning clockwise too. It seems to be proper for a person rotating clockwise. Some illusions are dependant on binocular vision which I don't have. I wonder if that influences it or not.

it's just that it's designed so that you can't tell what's happening in the z axis. you can't tell if her leg is coming towards the screen or going away from it.

Same. But, I've seen this before.

It's clockwise for me and only clockwise. I read many reader comments and tried all the methods to make myself see it anti-clockwise but just can't because she is simply not spinning that way. That's all there is to it.

And it's strange, because I took one of the Tickle brain tests a couple of years back that told me I use both halves of my brain equally.

try looking at it with your peripheral vision you'll see her go back and forth rather than around.
