lol... I wouldn't say that. There's nothing great about biological warfare, except its capacity to kill.

That was the POV I was taking.

I'm sure they would come up with some kind of dispersal plan or figure out how long it can remain active in an environment once everything inside the environment is dead. Of course they would first have to contain the country by effectively quarrantining it by taking out its various transportation systems.

Sounds like a plan...except I dont have much faith in government agencies (of any nation) to be that organized. Look at West Nile virus. I remember that arriving in NYC in 1999. They had helicopters with spray going after them, but the virus still spread across the US.
