I am working on some fanfiction(aren’t we all) and looking for voices for a radioplay I am working on. I became interested in them after coming across online radio shows on the Kung Fu Action Theatre site as well as pendantaudio.com, and I was a part of the ill-fated Superman podcast that stopped production a while ago. Least my episode was produced so I got to hear it.
Given that, I thought it would be interesting to attempt one. So I came up with Marvel Genesis: Avengers.
It would be a monthly Avengers radio show that could possibly set up other shows in the future if I got other people involved.
This is the beginning of the Marvel universe, and of course I took some liberties to have some fun with it.
The details:
The Avengers, Earth's mightiest heroes. This story will find the Avengers in a different time, one very similar to ours. Where economic turmoil, political strife and worldwide terror remains constant. There is one wrinkle. They are also facing the emergence of the super being. When a government sponsored black ops team, the Ultimates, is killed in a plot involving said super beings, a team is gathered to face threats no single person could ever hope to face. They usher in a new age of costumed crimefighter on this earth, they begin Marvel's Genesis.
I have written the first 3 eps, starting on the fourth and plotted through to the 13th.
I am looking for voices, writers possible or even just fresh eyes on the script.
