Is there a website where I can upload it and then give you all the links because I dont wanna have to e-mail it to everyone. And i dont wanna pay.
:bh:

We've all already read it. Unless it's different from Edward Norton's first draft.

Why would anyone ruin their experience by reading that? I intend to get my money's worth when I go to the theater. That's like ripping yourself off.

Unlike others knowing spoilers tend to get me more pumped. (Including knowing the story.)

Also... I want to write screenplays, so I'll get my hands on as many as I can for examples.

Hasn't ruined the experience once for me.

I agree, reading spoilers gets me more excited because I really want to see what I'm reading on screen, I'm all for reading the script :woot: .

Which draft is this supposed to be anyways?
Probably isn't even close to the finished product.

meh, keep it. I'll wait for the novel in a couple months.

Well, if you see what the writer had in mind for what the movie was supposed to be, its helpful oftentimes to compare that to the final product to see what they got right.

No, if it's the first script, I dont want it tainting my opinion of this flick.

I just got it and this is what it says,
Edward Norton
First Draft
05-13-07

So this is considerably old, has it been said Norton has made a few drafts?

Someone read it, post details and your opinions. That's all I'd like to see. ^_^

No they don't seem too.
I've got it now, pm me if you'd care for the link.
I'm just going to read the first part now.

But there may be good reasons things changed and wouldn't a rough script skew the intentions of how the filmakers wanted you to view the final product? And couldn't you just wait until after the movie then?

I guess I just take my movie experience too seriously...almost like a science experiment. I figure, after waiting all this time, may as well get the most bang for my buck. If I went in knowing the ending of Fight Club or Sixth Sense, you better believe it wouldn't have as much impact. But I like surprises. Even though I was dying to know, I think not knowing what I was getting for Christmas as kid made all the difference. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Well from the 30 pages I've read, this seems exactly like what people were talking about a long time ago... Doesn't seem like we really get to see the Hulk much earlier in this one then in the previous instalment, feels like it could be a good half hour or more, but at least it moves along better then Ang's movie.

Reading a script sucks though, not gonna bother reading the rest.

What?

Man I was thinking they'd start OUT with the Hulk. How badass would that be? Maybe..maybe Bruce has a nightmare of the accident (which is more like the comics I dunno) and he wakes up and it pisses him off and Hulks-Out then trashes some crap and main titles.

Oh well.

You get something like that, just no full fledge... don't read unless you want big time spoilers

He tries to kill himself in the arctic, shoots himself. Transforms, we just see a muscular green arm, we hear a bullet rattle against teeth and then he picks the bullet out of his teeth. But all we really see is the arm.

It could be different... This was the script people were dissecting on here back in May of last year.

Out of a 117 pages, it's clearly stated "OUR FIRST LOOK AT THE HULK'S FACE:" on page 29.

Like I said, it does seem like it is well paced, but if I remember the script thread from long ago that dealt with this, we see the Hulk in action a handful of times, and I don't think we get more then one battle with abom.

I was the kid who peaked at his presents... still do as an adult :oldrazz: I LOVE knowing what I am getting.

And as I said, I want to write screenplays, and having some for examples REALLY helps.

As for movies like Fight Club, Sixth Sense...I'll give you the Sixth Sense startled the heck out of me. But I saw Fight Club endings coming a mile away (not exactly sure how, I just had a feeling.)

I had read the script. I confirmed: Hulk does not appear until the 100 (circa) pages...:bh:

Attention Posters

Please do not post any direct link, or the link to any site hosting the script.

Thank you.

Oh.
Hey that's not bad. Depends on how serious and thrilling they make this scene.

When's your script dated, who wrote it, what draft.
The one I have, he's visible by page 29.
