Jackman Not Interested in Playing Wolverine anymore?

Just to say about X3, Rattner shouldn't have killed off Cyclops, Jean, and Pro. X (although he is alive, just in a different body..) but I really hope they bring Gambit in the story some how and do a good job of his origin.

As For Jackman, I hope he sticks with his key role, Wolverine.

I agree with this, but doesnt Fox have the rights to Xmen movies and if they dont make any for 5 years they lose the rights?? I would think they would try to continue making more just to make more money.

Yeah, due to their contract with Marvel, Fox will milk the X-Men franchise until they run out of original ideas and/or the public stops caring. They have so many directions they can go in, so the franchise should be able to sustain itself for a long while (if treated right), imo. After 'Wolverine' and 'Magneto', I hope they try something completely new.

Whether Jackman would continue to play Wolverine will directly relate to how successful he is in other films. For reference, see Stallone, Bruce Willis or Harrison Ford.

As for more Team X-Men Movies...after the X-3 debacle, they should give it a rest for a long time! Then...give it the "restart" treatment with X-MEN:BEGINS.

Hugh has said that he loves the character and that's why he wanted to make this particular film, since they left so much of who Wolverine really is out of the other films, but I think that is going to be it. He's got a lot of other projects in the works.

Well, whoever these 'Wrights' are, I hope they have rights too!

I doubt Marvel will easily get the rights back. Fox isn't that silly. It would be nice to see another studio and a quality director have a go at the X-Men to give us something truly epic. But we're probably dreaming.

I hope Gavin Hood has a good experience making Wolverine and stands his ground regarding artistic expressions that add depth and substance to the movie. I don't want a loud, dumb blockbuster with cliches and explosions.
