			Frank Gorshin wasn't as hyper as Carey was.
I'm sucking up your I.Q., vacuuming your cortex, feeding off your brain. That made me laugh so much when I was 10 years old. Now I realize it was the downfall of Batman in the eye of the general public until Batman Begins.


 . LOOOOL, yeah. Well, it still makes me laugh. There was nothing inherently wrong with the portrayal, not with the tone of the movie at least. They just needed to balance it with darkness. And don't completely screw it up with the sequel.

Agreed. In 1995 Carrey was the perfect choice. He was hired to do a specific job and he did it. A problem is Jones didn't give a more nuanced and menacing performance. He instead tried to out-goofy Carrey. Nobody can out-goofy Carrey and even if they could, Two Face isn't the character to try it with.
