Which episode and event did Batman refer to in "Dark Heart" regarding his onboard reverse fusion weapon? It requires some knowledge of past episodes in the DCAU.

Fine. I guess I have to answer it myself.

In "Dark Heart," Batman mentions to Wonder Woman that the reverse-fusion weapon he used to freeze the Dark Heart "within a few degrees of absolute zero" is a weapon he used to "freeze the Gotham River once." This is a reference to the BTAS episode, "Cold Comfort," where he uses the weapon to trap Mr. Freeze in a glacier.

The Joker (BTAS, TNBAS, JL, BB)

In every singly series, he had a different model. That makes 4 different models.

Scarecrow (BTAS, TNBAS)

In BTAS, he had two model changes. He had a third model change in TNBAS. That makes 3 different models.
