Official Simpsons Trivia Thread

Okay, now this is for who got the DVDs... In the episode where Bart is jealous because Milhouse is dating a girl - the first one, not the one where Bart dates Wolfcastle´s daughter and dumps her - when Milhouse says, "our story´s like Romeo and Juliet, only ours ended in tragedy", which line was originally written?

Nobody? Okay, "I feel like someone gave my heart a wedgie". Julie Kavner was pretty fond of it. Was "D´oh!" originally written on the script or created by Castellanata? What was it based on?

it was created but i have no idea about the other one

i bet i'm wrong on the first one anyway

Yeah, the script just said "annoyed grunt". Castellanata based the sound on a comedian from the fifties (forgot his name) who used to say "D´ooooh..." when he was annoyed. For time sake, Castellanata made it just "D´oh!"

I have a question, but I am looking for the answer.

What's the name of the episode, where Lisa did a "cover" of Baker Street at the end.

I just really like that "cover" but haven't heard it for ages. I'd like a full length version of it, but what you gonna do?

hey is it me or is the simpsons starting to suck?

sorry dont know answer to question

Lisa's Sax, it's from season 9

it just seems they aren't trying anymore, i mean Homer stragnling Baart was funny when he was mad and now he just does it for no reason and it just seems embarrasing now instead of funny (to the writers)

I heard (I think on the today show last june) that there was going to be a gay marriage on the Simpsons and it was to air in January of 2005. I have been anticipating this episode since i got the news. Well, here it is, the 26th of January,2005 and still no gay marriage. Does anyone know what happened to it and when it will air?!

Oh man!!!! that's correct, and you sir......have made my day, there's no proper internet abbreviation for the laughter you have caused.

Thanks for the post... and now for a question. Maybe it's easy... and maybe it's not.

In one particular episode, Homer finds a new way to 'turn off' all the lights in his home, perhaps because all his family left him and he didn't know how to do so normally. How did he 'turn off' those lights?

Ok, how about this...
Homer gave his $2000 award prize to his half brother Herb Powell to finance Herb's baby translator.

What was the award?
