In the episode where Bart is jealous because Milhouse is dating a girl - the first one, not the one where Bart dates Wolfcastle´s daughter and dumps her - when Milhouse says, "our story´s like Romeo and Juliet, only ours ended in tragedy", which line was originally written?

Yeah, the script just said "annoyed grunt". Castellanata based the sound on a comedian from the fifties (forgot his name) who used to say "D´ooooh..." when he was annoyed. For time sake, Castellanata made it just "D´oh!"

it just seems they aren't trying anymore, i mean Homer stragnling Baart was funny when he was mad and now he just does it for no reason and it just seems embarrasing now instead of funny (to the writers)
