If they're going as young as the original toon, I can only think of Rohan Chand as a possibility for Hadji. Though he's already doing Jungle Book for WB and he might not want to have another role in which an Indian is required.

I'm not totally up on the religion...but if he's a Sikh, he would wear one. I just don't know how young they start them wearing one.

I think Johnny Quest should be very timeless, but still maintain a...mid 20th Century feel with the fashion.
