Yeah, I think you're right. And the sad thing is that a lot of those noobs will end up here. Don't get me wrong, I've got nothing against new people. Haven't been here that long myself. But the reason why I don't have problem with new people is because they're usually comic book geeks like the rest of us. We are going to be getting people in here who think that Batman is all about Adam West or the Schumacher films... it'll be horrible. It'll be like having Al Roker in here.

Hello all. 1st time post and "noob" here. I've been a long time Batman fan, comics/movies/etc., and started lurking SHH in the summer. I enjoy the opinions, and really, read to get the latest info on TDK and the viral campaign. In my experience on other forums though, it seems that for the most part, places like SHH are a place for real fans -people with some serious interest. The casual fans usually don't care enough to join, just lurk. Obviously, being new here, I could be totally off-base. Just a thought. Anyway, I guess I'd agree that the more press the film gets, the better. (Seriously, before this thread, I'd never heard of Perez Hilton )Ridiculously annoying clip.

From one n00b to another, you can only get an avatar after you've made 300 posts. 300 posts gets you a 50x50 pic, 3000 gets a 75x75, and at 6000 you get 100x100.

so if they really want celebs to participate on the advertising of the film why did they get them to see the screenings with the loyal fans?it was a risk.someone could have walked up to that hilton character and punch him in the face."Gimme yo bloody cake,you fat ***!".Did they want them to feel the energy so they could watch the prologue with the same hype as the fans did?..
