"Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the trailer reel in time. Enjoy a set photo, we'll have a trailer ready by early February."

lol that would be me. I cant weight for the trailer has I hope this movie can recapture the magic of Jurassic park 1 and I cant weight for the trailer for star wars 7 has I am hoping that it can recapture the magic of the old ones.

This is one the best scenes in TLW. The whole scene leading up to them storming the camp with Ian walking amongst everyone sleeping. Seeing the puddles do the ripple effect. It's just epic to me, and it was beyond awesome to see not one adult Rex in this film but two. Gotta love ILM's fx work as well, these dark jungles scenes the animals looked so good.

I'm rewatching TLW and I find it really, really hard to believe that InGen could have payed off Dr. Grant.

^ Yeah, true. Only thing I can think of (and coloured by JPIII) is that he didn't really want to talk about it in the first place and they may have financed X number of digs for X number of years.

Fully agreed. There is just something so damned pulpy about this shot in particular.

The Eddie Carr death messed me up as a kid.

Yeah this to me seems like the most likely explanation, makes sense.

Yeah that scene was messed up haha.

I visited the Mercedes-Benz USA headquarts in Alabama a few weeks ago and they had one of TLW vehicles on display. Pretty sweet.

As a kid I was always scared of the T-Rex attacking the car with the kids in JP.

Isn't it true when the T-Rex broke through the sunroof of the car while attacking the kids, was actually a mistake, and Speilberg just kept the cut due to the kid's genuine reaction of fear?

But seriously, that was the most gruesome death in the franchise (so far...). That one, Peter Stormare's death and the guy getting eaten in the waterfall were all really violent for a PG-13 semi-kid-friendly movie. Those were probably the most violent deaths in a non-R rated Spielberg film since Temple of Doom.

The trailers hanging over the cliff and the cracking glass was very well done. One of the best moments in the franchise.

Agreed another great moment. Man I really need to have a JP marathon again soon. Maybe after the JW trailer, to get me more excited haha.
