Jurassic World

Ah every fanboy's crush and ultimate fancast for every movie ever. Elba is awesome though.

Well, seeing as how Will Smith has only made two movies in the last five years, plus the fact that he took four years off from making movie at all, someone has to be "the go to Black guy for Hollywood."

Smith can get that back though if he has a run of summer blockbuster hits again like he did a long time ago.

I'd rather there not be a "go to" guy or girl for any ethnic role but I know Hollywood is Hollywood. There will always be a "go to" for a certain role.

Which I should say, is not a knock against Idris either. Or Will Smith. I just think there should be a larger pool.

I actually wasn't bringing up Elba for race reasons, I brought him up because he is a fanboy darling like Michael Fassbender and the like.

Anyway I agree that Hollywood is frustrating when it comes to black performers but I can at least look optimistically at this year and be happy that Elba, Oyelowo, Jordan and Ejiofor are getting attention and roles.

Supposedly it's a False Alarm.

Screen Rant made it seemed to not really believe it so I'm not shocked. It was classified as a rumor, not he is definitely going to be in it report.

I didn't click on the article. :oldrazz:

We need more brothas in this though, how about Rick Ross? Let him run away from the Dinosaurs for a good laugh.

I'm hoping if Williams doesn't come back for JW, then Don Davis comes back. Say what you will about JP3, but I loved his score.

I actually really like all three, but I agree about JP3 being more entertaining than TLW. Especially after I read the book. :o

They're fun and enjoyable, but heads up, they fall waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay below the quality of JP1.

Nah, others consider Hook, 1941, War of the Worlds some of his lesser ones too. I enjoy all three, but absolutely love Hook.

I have. I just don't think it was a crappening by any means.

Oh lol. It's a mixed affair, some like it, some didn't. It's okay, but I don't love it.

I can't imagine Jeff Goldblum NOT coming back. What's he gonna do... say no?

Goldblum wouldn't say no? Check.
Screenwriters would be stupid not to include him in the script? Check.

So it is written, so shall it be done.

He said he would love to, but he hasn't been contacted yet. As much as I love everyone from the original cast, I wanna see new people on the Island/Park/World/Whatever this is.

It'll be hard to reintroduce them without a good motive. Even in part 3, I thought it was a stretch for Grant to even say yes to the mission.

Oh yeah, it really didn't help that he said "there is no force on earth or heaven, to get me onto that island", then he went lol.

Then it becomes a cartoon motive just to drive the story forward.
