He hasn't yet, but he will this year, or so they say... Hopefully, they're right this time.

Hang in there, though. I'm really hoping his first real flight will be epic and worth the wait.

The current 9th season (or series) is probably one of the best the show has ever put out.

You will see him fly for real in the Season 4 Premiere, there's a twist to it of course but he will fly, you'll see him take-off and do some stuff.

I started watching it like 2 days ago I enjoy watching it, something the movies never quite showed about his past

well its nice to see a new fan. But since you are only in season 2 there is so much you have to get caught up on and things have changed alot since the earlier years. As for flying,

right now in the series we saw clark hover over his bed in episode 2, hover/flied in a dream in season 2, flew in season 4 premire, and since then hasnt.

yea hopefully you will catch up to 9th season soon enough.

From what I've read it might be the last is that true?

well thats the hard thing danno no one knows yet. we are only at 6th episode of the season right now, and ratings wise its been holding a steady 2.2-2.6 million so far this season. The producers and most of the cast been saying and hoping to get tenth season cause since last season. The producers have said they have a two yr plan to close out the show. Plus most of the cast is currently signed to a 10th yr on their current contracts. Though we will probably not know for sure to probably episodes 11/12 are airing in late jan/early feb.

If you believe whats being said The CW are happy with Smallvilles current performance dispite the move to Friday nights in the US.

of course it hasnt been decided that peterson said they havent been told one way or another yet in that collider interview that was posted earlier this week and conducted last week. But he said they have to know soon cause they were at episode 15 script wise. So they would need to know by the time episode 19/20 starts getting written so they know if the last few episodes will just be season finale or to wrap it up. Plus last few yrs we have gotten early pickups for the show way ahead of other cw shows. Put yea with the ratings holding well even with the friday move and compared to the other CW shows i see no reason why it cant be picked up.
