It's a sad day when you miss the old Frogman stories from Spectacular, or the Silvermane-cyborg stories from Web of. They weren't great, but at least they didn't tell you that Spider-Man was once chosen by the totem god of the frogmen, but the evil spider-totem-god got to him first, and then the hawk-totem-god's chosen representative on earth go's after them both while evading the man-totem-god who is trying to kill and mount on his wall the representative of the hawk-totem-god as it feasts on the frog-totem-god's representative who is feeding on Spider-Man!!!
Man...this is all sounding more and more like bad anime.

I don't know why it would be exciting to go back to the beginning and kick start everyone back to life (Harry, Gwen) and have them all hang out and date and do the same things all over again. (Break up the marriage and then have them date is pure cheese...tho if they are just timewiped or mind-altered...they'll still TECHNICALLY be married...they'll just be a couple of marroons who won't REALIZE they're married as they go around dating....arghy...)
I think MY idea is brilliant....move forward, not back. Someone at Marvel should suggest it.

So, this is pure genious to you if they go in this direction: break up the marriage with a time-wiping magical roll of toilet paper from Hades,...then MJ will somehow be altered into a crime-fighting "Jackpot", named creatively (>sigh<) from her famous saying....MJ will then suddenly KNOW how to be a super-hero...but won't (be written to) remember she is married. To top it off, you want GWEN to suddenly COME BACK TO LIFE, while aunt may turns into a magically aged Gollum. Then Pete can DATE Gwen, even tho he is STILL MARRIED, but just can't REMEMBER it either, due to his magically-wiped alzheimer's disease.
So, he'll REALLY be CHEATING on MJ (the new marvel SUPERHERO)....((soon to get her own book JACKPOT #1...., with monthly big events even!!!))
And will MJ remember Gwen is D-E-A-D...???
Will MJ remember that Gwen slept with Norman??
Will Pete remember that Gwen slept with Norman??
Would ANYONE want to be with GWEN after sleeping with NORMAN??
Yeh........awkward moments would sum it up if they bring her back.
It'd be purely INFURIATING and spitting on the legacy of someone who should STAY dead, not be CLONED ever again, and who should not be sleeping with anymore fathers (especially of the maniac type).
Those type of awkward moments will kill the book faster than anything.
