Kill la Kill: IF details version differences
60 frames per second on PS4 and PC, 30 frames on Switch, and no visual alterations between versions.

Arc System Works has updated the official website for Kill la Kill: IF with a chart detailing the differences between the PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC versions.

The company also released a gameplay video showcasing the first chapter of the game’s story mode in Japanese. Since we already posted the same footage in English, we have added the video as an update to our previous coverage.

The anime protagonist and the game protagonist.

Arc System Works has released the first two in a series of character trailers for Kill la Kill: IF, which introduce Ryuko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryuin.

While Ryuko is the protagonist of the Kill la Kill anime series, Satsuki is the protagonist of the game’s story mode. Ryuko will have her own story mode, however, which is unlocked after clearing Satsuki’s scenario.

Kill la Kill: IF is due out for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC on July 25 in Japan, and July 26 in North America and Europe.
