I always thought William Shatner was the coolest. But I was punk kid,so what did I know.

Always wanted to see this......so many movies about killer spiders, and the only good one I've seen is Arachnophobia.

I dug 8 Legged Freaks but that was back when it came out, I don't know how it'd hold up today

I saw this movie when I was 6 or 7 and it scared the crap outta me!!!

I rewatched it a couple years ago, and while its not as scary to me anymore, it was still really really fun. Really good on a boring Saturday or Sunday..

This is one of the classics. Infinitely re-watchable thanks to William "suck-yer-gut-in" Shatner giving one of the greatest performances of his already storied career!

When he's wrestling/playing with his brother's widow and she accidentally calls him his brother? Shee-I.T.
"I'm a lotta things to a lotta people, but I'll never be my BROTHER!"

And what about that mile thick sexual tension between him and the hot scientist? Sure, she acts aloof, too sophisticated, but he just keeps hammering away with the charm and *POW*!

The 9 foot tall farmer? = Awesome!
The girl on the swing rescue? = Awesome!
The wacky, pre-Lynchian characters at the Inn? = Awesome!

The ENDING ?........AWESOME!!!!

If you see this movie in a bargain bin for 7 bucks, buy it immediately, then send $20 to William Shatner.
