I'm still considering this..The only thing keeping me from it, and I can't believe I'm saying this because I feel like an internet tool..Is that it doesn't look "next gen" enough for me.

I hate that I'm using that as a reason...But...It's true. :(

I feel so dirty.

I want to like the game, but to be honest it just looks kind of dull to me. I hope they show some more extensive gameplay in the future that might change my mind.

Not my type of game But I'll give it a try if it eventually becomes a free game on PS+

Looks fun but yeah I probably too "purchase" this up on PS+

yeah actually this game is very nice you know one thing about Knack is an upcoming action video game published by Sony Computer Entertainment and developed by Japan Studio. they are developed well.

Mark Cerny assisted on the development of games like Crash Bandacoot, Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, and Jak & Daxter. Sony’s PS4 launch title Knack seems in safe hands.

I just watched 15 mins of gameplay on IGN. It looks damn good.

I just watched that. I wish it was direct feed, but whatever. I was feeling very "meh" about Knack previously, but I think I'm sold on it now. Obvious technical advances aside, something about it very much reminds me of a PS1 game in a really good way.

I love the fact that this is one of Sony's big launch titles. It brings some dynamic diversity to a lineup that is often filled with derivative shooters and the like. And as you said it hearkens back to generations past when mascot-driven platformers were a powerhouse in the industry (not just with Nintendo).

Yep, felt like I was watching Crash Bandicoot.

I love the fact you can pull in elements to use as weapons. Like when he runs through fire and his arms flame up.

Ya I'm with you, it looks like a Crash Bandicoot/Jak and Dexter type game.

Waiting on some reviews but this definitely on my radar when I pick up my system. Killzone is coming via Amazon so I'll need something to play that night. AC IV is another possibility but if this is a good game it'd be nice to have something a little more refreshing

Knack has charm and heart, and offers a whole lot of good gameplay. Ultimately, that's still what's important - no matter the generation.

Written and directed by the lead architect of the PS4, can the man behind the machine also make a great launch game?

I will play this.. Just not at launch. I suspect it will be the first free *big* game on PS4's PS+ list

Weird for some reason GT didn't like it I'll look it over and see what the other review shows say.

I predict it will be the first retail game actually, not including Drive Club + Edition
