Knocked Up

wow... what a great movie. i missed so much of it just from laughing so hard, and there were more than a few really touching moments, too.

that little asain stoner girl was freaking hilarious.

and while i've always wanted to see katherine heigl's vag, i really didn't want it to be like that.

Would you say it's a dramedy like Virgin was or is their a greater emphasis on comedy? cause if it's more comedic I think I'll take a chance on it since I don't want to see Pirates 3 or Spider-Man 3 this is like my only option at the cinema.

I wouldn't call Virgin a dramedy but Knocked Up has a lot of heart, there is relationship drama. Still lots of laughs but I found 40 Year to just have great laughs and Anchorman was just plain Ferrell/McKay wackiness.

'The 40 Year old Virgin' sucked to me, just like Napoleon Dynamite, it was an over-hyped suck fest. Everyone's claiming that 'Knocked Up' is the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel....i smell another overhype....

Have you seen Knocked Up?

You know what movie I just saw last night that I haven't seen in a while?

MUNICH.

i think this is the best movie i've seen this year. i just really, really enjoyed myself, and i left with a big ol' smile on my face.

MUNICH.

If any of us get help getting laid tonight its because of Munich and Eric Bana.

Do you know what's not helping us? Richard Reed the Shoe-bomber over here.

what was the exact quote from the first time we see that little asain girl? where she's all like "when the baby eats all of your food, aren't you going to be mad at it? but you can't be mad, so you'll be like 'why'd you eat all my food, baby?!"

i was drinking while watching this, so that's probably way off... but i've never laughed so hard as i did at that line.

^"When the baby starts eating your food, aren't you like, going to be mad? You'll be all, "grrrr, this is mine." XD

Absolute hilarity. I loved this film.

"No, it was, like, a warning kick!"

um, meh.

this is really a chick flick with some good guy moments.

coulda and shoulda waited for dvd.

I think Knocked Up will come very close to grabbing the number 1 spot this weekend...granted theres a lot of competition...but I think it'll stick to 30million again...oceans will open with 27million and surfs up with 29m...I think that with Shrek already dominating the kids and family market...most people are holding out on an animated flick untill Ratatoulie(sp?). I think Oceans is going to be a major flop, Surfs Up will be a moderate hit, and Hostel will probably make what everyone expects it to...10-15m...its a terrible time to release an R-rated horror flick.

I want to see the "Dice Roll" clip :o

But Mr. Credible, I left with a big smile too. I don't really know why, but I did. :yay:

I finally saw the movie today, and it actually lived up to my expectations. Vey, very funny with a lot of heart.

Very funny movie.

Haven't laughed that hard in a long time between the 'Shrooms in Vegas sequence and the "nice message" Rogan left their doctor.

A great movie.
