I love how the poster complements the one for Godzilla.

JtheDreamer[/URL]]Seriously. Not even remotely possible for it to hide.

It could be that the whole island is covered in fog this time. It would make sense then but I'm sure they decided that after they made Kong big.

Do you think they will release officially online whatever they are going to show at Comic-Con?

King Kong (1976) was my first film I've seen in a cinema as a kid so you can imagine how excited I'm about this one. :yay: I hope we'll get the trailer soon.

Btw, who's composer on this? I thought Desplat's soundtrack for Godzilla was great, it captured the atmosphere perfectly.

They said he'd bigger 100ft. So not suprised.

Another thing. Folks thinking Kong isn't big enough to take on Godzilla need to take in account a gorilla's strength compared to a human. (even a chimp, who is smaller than a man ) is much much stronger than an adult human male.

Now think about a Gorilla, who is much larger than a chimp. I've heard estimates that an adult silver back gorilla ( that is roughly 6' tall ) is up to 20 times stronger than an adult human male. Multiply that by 25 or 30 times in size and height ( judging by this pic ) and you have a kong that can prolly knock godzilla off his feet. Not to mention he'll probably be more agile and faster.
research a gorilla's strength, its a good read. look it up.

Anywho, imo, Kong will more than make up for his size being roughly half of Godzilla's on pure strength alone. I dare say he will be just as strong, if not more so than Big G.

All that said, IF A Vs film is ever made, I fully expect the studio to follow some other films formula's in a Vs film, ie, heroes meet, heroes fight, bigger threat shows up, heroes must unite to take out bigger threat. heroes win, part ways.

Yeh its not the most imagintive way for it to turn out but thats what Iv been thinking will happen, considering neither Kong or Godzilla are considered bad guys.

I have some doubts we ever see a Vs film, or at least not in the next 8/10 years.
If skull Island doesn't make some bank, it will prolly never happen.
I'm not even sure we will get a godzilla sequel since Edwards left, but to be fair I haven't read the latest on it.
