Kramer's A Racist!!!

Lots of people are born fat, have a genetic predisposition to be overweight, and/or have glandular problems or f***ed up metabolisms.

How about, an ugly mule-faced woman heckler with a long nose and close-set, beady eyes and thinning hair with a hairy mole in the center of her forehead, and the comedian uses savage insults regarding her appearance, then?

but that is Foxworthy's bread and butter:csad: ( oh crap, now I did it)
I'd like to apologize now, I'm not a ....racist? person, yet *gesticulates wildly* it's out there, it comes through.......
I'm so broken up about this.

does that really qualify as the same?
I mean all other seem to be things you're born with, but if there's something that is a choice in this world, it would be being fat no?
True.

I highly doubt that someone wakes up one day and says "I want to weigh 976 pounds" and then eat the contents of their fridge, the fridge itself, their dog, some small children and the leg of the mailman as a breath mint.

not the same but worse, really.

It's worse and usually more hurtful to personally insult someone than to insult a group/category that they belong to which is why what the hecklers did is worse than what Richards did.

First of all I want to let you know I'm black too. But lets continue--

Thats good that you think that, but lets face it. Right now that word isn't going anywhere. And everyday a black person probably uses that word maybe over 20 times to relate. Me personally, I have no problem with the word being used by black people to relate. If it was never used to put us down, then it never would have existed in the first place. Now its been flipped around and used to relate to a fellow african american and the world thinks it needs to be banned?

No the word is not going anywhere...at least no time soon, but what would be the benefit of banning the word if its still in the mindset of Blacks?

Who ever doesn't take our race serious now, probably never will.

I disagree. We will be taken more serious as an ethnic group when we, by and large, begin demonstrating serious thoughts, serious behavior, and serious productive works. Once we do this and take more accountability for our social and economic situation, not only will others take ourselves more seriously, we will take ourselves more seriously.

In other words, its time for us to clean up our language and our lifestyle, pull our pants up, and get busy getting our portion of material success.

Anyone who generalises a certain person by their skin color is too stupid for me to care what they think anyway. Especially when there are plenty of very wealthy and successful african americans out there in society who prove otherwise. Look, if their is anyone who thinks lowly of blacks, honestly, its not the n word that started their generalisation. Its the fact that alot of our people, sadly, are highschool drop outs, are selling drugs, are young parents, or are convicted fellons. But its not to blame that on the color of our skin or the n word. Its all about the area some are brought up in. If you're brought up in the ghetto or poor neighborhoods, then most of the time you probably take on the characteristics of that which is needed to get by in such areas.

Agreed.

Yeah, you know, terrible thing and all, but I think the real story here is the heckler's reaction. "That was uncalled for!" "Cracker" whatever, really, thats the best you can do? Hes calling you out and degrading your whole race and the best you can do is call him a cracker and say "Thats uncalled for" 125 times? Im disappointed in him and so is Jedi Jesse Jackson.

He could've said "50 years ago people might've actually found your jokes funny:cmad:"
