I can see it.

But David Carradine MUST have a role in this film! MUST!

Keanu aint white--he's European, Chinese, and Hawiian---the perfect choice to play the character.
The guy cant act, and more importantly he doenst look or fight like a Kung Fu Master!

^I think people are more intent to look at a guy that looks somewhat asian as more of a kung fu master than a white dude. Maybe back in the 1980's they did, but they're all about authenticity these days. No more Jeff Speakman/Van Damme/Ralph Macchio type stuff.

Well in that case, I want an uknown like David Carridine back when he got the role for Kung Fu.

Isn't Kwai Chang Caine supposed to have been half-American, half Chinese anyway?
Yes, but I just think there are far better choices than Keanu Reeves!

keanu reeves would be awesome for the role.

Well said, my good man.

Keanu has proven he's a good actor with the variety of films he's done, and this film would really allow him to go deep into character. There are few actors who can bring this character to screen credibly, but Keanu Reeves would really do it well.

David Carradine for Master Po, too.

Keanu is like Dick Clark, he doesn't age. :o

Did anyone ever watch Kung Fu: The Legend Continues? They filmed it down in Toronto during the 90's I believe, awesome stuff considering...

Actually, that was always a point of fact. Kwai Chang Caine was always a little older than the other students when he first started training at the Northern Shaolin Temple. Furthermore, usually the students mastered one animal style, but Caine was an exceptional student and mastered all Five Animal Styles.

Keanu would do the role justice, and is definitely a good enough actor to pull this off. His history in hollywood illustrates that he has the experience, and the resume to make people believe that he would do credible justice and bring dignity to the role of Kwai Chang Caine.
