Lets See....

  • The opening shot of Spidey patrolling New York.
  • Electro killing Menkens guy by teleporting his arm inside him then forming behind him.
  • Electro suspending Spidey in the air in the power plant battle.
  • Electro looking at himself in the screens of Time Square and trying to tell the people he's not a bad guy.
  • Harry grabbing Gwen and flying off.
  • Peter kissing Gwen at the Graduation.
  • The News reporter reporting on Rhino and his pure comic book villainous attitude.
  • The phone ringing when Peter is on the front of the car.
  • the ever so suspenseful an dramatic shot of the web forming a hand to catch Gwen and the "SNAP"
  • Spider-Man saving the kid from the bullies and talking Science stuff with him.

  • The Snap, The Aftermath and The Grave
  • Gwen's Speech
  • Peter kissing Gwen at Graduation
  • Chase scene at the beginning of the film
  • Peter and Gwen at Oscorp
  • Harry transforming
  • Times Square battle

I loved the whole Rhino scene at the end. After what had come before and peter just getting back into action. It was perfect. Perfect end to a film IMO.

The way Garfield delivered the lines, you felt his pain but still understood the need to go on, honestly that scene was perfect.

I was worried that it would feel rushed and to hokey after such a dramatic scene but they played it perfectly. He had time to mourn and he understandedly quit being Spider-Man and was missed and had to have something to get him bck into it. plus he didn't quip at Rhino which imo wouldn've been too soon

Sounds like Electro has his moments.

Sounds like Electro has his moments.
He defiantly does, I think because of the length of the movie people feel like he was a little short changed.

Anyways -

-Gwen's speech along with Spider-man catching the bus. ZImmers soundtrack made it great.
-Peter crossing the road to meet Gwen, the song made it perfect.
-SPider-man high fiving the fire-fighters after Times Square.
-Walking the boy home
-Putting all the stuff on the wall after Times Square (song choice great again)
-Webshooters
-Whole Gwen falling bit and Garfield's performance afterwards
-Harry and Peter first meeting at the stairs
-Spider-man talking to Harry
-Bringing up getting eggs again haha, anyone else notice that?

-Oh and the 'I'm a young Harvard professor'

The scene when Peter and Gwen watch Spider-Man 3 and confuse it for a musical

- Every swinging shot of Spider-Man, particularly the part where you first see him after the opening. It was a treat in IMAX 3D.

- The entire third act. Seriously, everything from the I LOVE YOU on the bridge right up to that massive Spider-Man symbol at the end. It was great, high tempo, and gave closure to Peter and Gwen before the inevitable, making that scene so much stronger.

- Gwen falling. The moment the web detaches, the web hand, the slow motion, the music, the sudden loud noise mixed with the silence, the acting of Andrew Garfield. Best moment of the film for me.

In no particular order

- Gwen's Death
- When Harry is with Electro and they 'torture' Menken, mostly cos I love Harry's dialogue.
- Harry's Transformation (Scary as f***! It literally made me a little creeped out)
- The Itsy Bitsy Spider part while Electro and Spidey fight.
- When Pete decides to be Spider-Man again
- The Man in Shadows talking to Harry.

Dehaan as Harry and the Goblin was awesome. I really like what they done with the character in this interpretation. "..It come's and goes.." Guess that means he'll transform at will. Solves the problem of finding him a mask.

It was an awesome scene indeed. For some reason I thought she would live, and the whole build up to her death would be a fake out.

Agreed. He third act was almost perfect. Before that it was a bit messy with so much going on.

The fish.

Can't believe no-one has mentioned it yet.

One of the many moments the humour didn't work IMO.

Anyways, I absolutely loved the scene Before the final fight with Electro, when you see Electro on the building and Spider-Man then chasing him to the Power plant. Electro's voice was badass and the scene was visually extremely cool.

I loved the moment when Peter realised Gwen was really about to go to England.

Garfield's acting at Gwen's Death. It was as real as it gets!

Dane DeHaan when in friendly mode.

My favorite scenes were the ones whenever Spiderman and humor was involved along with the death scene. I didn't think they would execute it in that manner. They handled it perfectly imo.

Jog my memory please

During the montage early on from the point of view of his wardrobe, Spidey arrives holding a big fish, as well as other humerus things.

I thought it was funny, mainly because it was so implausible he could get back to his house with the fish and still be surprised

The 'You're my boy' scene was great I thought.

I also really liked the scene where Harry and Peter first meet up again. Great sense of awkwardness and tension that slowly dissolves.

Harry's transformation is very well done. I like that he climbs into the suit almost by accident, lending an extra air of tragedy to his condition.

Peter and Aunt May's confrontation is a good scene too, great acting from both..."you're my boy", aww poor May!

Loved Chris Cooper. Brought a lot of weight and complexity to the character despite only having one scene to establish himself. Also, his goblin claws looked awesome!

And generally everything with spidey fighting / swinging or goofing around is quite enjoyable... I just wish they'd used a bit more practical effects. The CG ranged from brilliant to downright awful, eg. the Times square scene and power plant showdown was done really well, but things like Giamatti's fuzzy, floating head at the end was painful to watch. The finer details, if you will. Sloppy.

- Spidey's first swing; dat 3D!
- Max's birthday scene; hilarious!
- Alistairand Max's scene at Oscorp
- Harry and Norman; mainly just for Cooper's creepiness
- Peter and Harry meet
- Gwen and Peter's date before the Times Square fight
- "You're my Boy" scene
- Harry breaks Electro out of Ravencroft; "let's go catch a spider"
- The Goblin Transformation
- The Electro-Spidey battle at the Power Plant; dat 3D!
- Gwen's death, aftermath
- Fiers and Harry's talk
- The Ending

You know something that struck with me, very early on? Richard Parker looking at his deceased wife, sitting up in her plane seat. Great acting there from Campbell Scott. Got across quite a bit in a few seconds. Taking in his loss, spurning himself on and making his coming death a little easier to take.
