I think Lindsay Lohan needs to not be famous for a little while. She was clearly not ready for the pressures of stardom, so I think she should quit touring, making movies, partying in Hollywood, everything. Just go live in Colorado for a few months or two and grow up a bit.

if I was the judge I wouldn't let this rehab stint effect the sentence at all. It's clearly an act for the judge who preside over her rescent legal trouble.

She needs to be sentenced to rehab so she's forced to participate, and not take off for the weekend to go party and get high.

I would give her 2 years of probation, a week in jail, a month in rehab, constant drug tests, and a curfew as part of her probation rules for the first 8 months.

Not because I think she's some bad person, but because I think it's in her best interest.
